Meshack has been at the Jaramogi Memorial Hospital in Kisumu for one week, and if all goes on well he’ll have the surgery done on Thurs June 19th. When Meshack ran to our car six weeks ago, we didn’t know how bad his health status was. Staying in this hospital is revealing stuff we never imagined. I’m not sure we would be having him had he not been brought here, put on all those transfusions, meds, and all the medical care.
