We’ve been asked by our legendary followers and donors to go back and visit some of the old folks (not year-wise, really), and Moses his sister and cousins form the bedrock of this clique. We were so happy to see them again! We missed Bwibo (Moses’ mom) and Peninah the grandma. We have once in a while send in a basket through Catherine, our field officer. They still stand tall as towering testaments of the power of love.

Reagan is now a big boy, who has joined manhood (by way of circumcision). He’s going to school with his brother Kevin, whom I’ve not been very lucky to find at home. Their elder brother Sammy wants to join a polytechnic after failing to secure a place in a high school because of scoring low mark in his primary school examination. Their father remains a deadbeat (as always). Thanks Uncle DD for the continued support of your Rascals! And a BIG THANK YOU to Denise Ockey for supporting Griffins’ family. The grandma Gladys is forever grateful - she’s been praying for you too. LOVE IN ACTION CONTINUES TOUCHING INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES.

The whole world stood in shock and watched our team go out for a man who was going to die. We met Amos rolling on the floor, with pieces of his mattress in his mouth - jigger torment and schizophrenia. He mourned in pain and cried, asking us to leave him alone. His hands wouldn’t pick anything, he was only being fed by his mother and younger brother, Dan. A dark cloud of death hovered in their home where everyone except mommy and Dan are schizophrenic. We met a few volunteers from a nearby church trying to smother the jiggers, but even so they either forgot or didn’t bother to check his hands, elbows and privates where huge jogger colonies gayly lived, laughing at them. Well, we took over as we would always do, and just two weeks later, we can all see the results with our own eyes. THANK YOU DONORS for your prayers and your well wishes and giving. My special regards goes to Jennifer Gaudern, Little Lamp and Sue and Vera Tannenbaum. There are other small donors who sent in their money.
